Shawn Carroll, "Your Insider in the Car Business"

How we work

Stock chosen to be worth your money, with the history you are entitled to see.

Everything starts with listening: what you actually need, what it should cost, and how long it takes. From there you get it in writing before we begin.

We keep our schedule realistic, which means nobody is rushed and nothing is bodged.

• Local used cars business, not a call centre
• Written quotes before any work starts
• Someone answers the phone during business hours
• Work guaranteed, with a receipt every time

What matters to us

Answering the phone. Turning up when we said we would. Charging what we quoted. Coming back if something is not right — that last one is what separates a business people recommend from one they forget.

We are based at 5515 N Academy Blvd Colorado Springs CO 80918-3000 and work across Colorado Springs, CO and the surrounding area.
