HairStyles By Joni

How we work

Cleansing, exfoliation and treatment matched to your skin rather than a fixed package. You leave with skin that looks and feels calmer.

Everything starts with listening: what you actually need, what it should cost, and how long it takes. From there you get it in writing before we begin.

We keep our schedule realistic, which means nobody is rushed and nothing is bodged.

• Local beauty business, not a call centre
• Written quotes before any work starts
• Someone answers the phone during business hours
• Work guaranteed, with a receipt every time

What matters to us

Answering the phone. Turning up when we said we would. Charging what we quoted. Coming back if something is not right — that last one is what separates a business people recommend from one they forget.

We are based at JCPenney Salon, 11017 Carolina Place Pkwy Pineville NC 28134-8370 and work across Charlotte, NC and the surrounding area.
