Brad's Complete Auto Care

How we work

We find the actual fault before replacing parts, so you are not paying for guesses.

Everything starts with listening: what you actually need, what it should cost, and how long it takes. From there you get it in writing before we begin.

We keep our schedule realistic, which means nobody is rushed and nothing is bodged.

• Local auto repair business, not a call centre
• Written quotes before any work starts
• Someone answers the phone during business hours
• Work guaranteed, with a receipt every time

What matters to us

Answering the phone. Turning up when we said we would. Charging what we quoted. Coming back if something is not right — that last one is what separates a business people recommend from one they forget.

We are based at 1001 E Park Ave Des Moines IA 50315 and work across Des Moines, IA and the surrounding area.
