How we work

Stock chosen to be worth your money, with the history you are entitled to see.

Everything starts with listening: what you actually need, what it should cost, and how long it takes. From there you get it in writing before we begin.

We keep our schedule realistic, which means nobody is rushed and nothing is bodged.

• Local used cars business, not a call centre
• Written quotes before any work starts
• Someone answers the phone during business hours
• Work guaranteed, with a receipt every time

What matters to us

Answering the phone. Turning up when we said we would. Charging what we quoted. Coming back if something is not right — that last one is what separates a business people recommend from one they forget.

We are based at 2507 NE 46th Ave Des Moines IA 50317-4823 and work across Des Moines, IA and the surrounding area.
